Why we built Sense Forms
Every form plugin answers "who got in touch." Almost none answer "what brought them here." We built Sense Forms to close that gap.
The problem we kept hitting
Running marketing for a WordPress site means constantly asking which channel is working — and constantly guessing, because the enquiry form records a name and an email and nothing about the journey that produced them. Analytics knows the traffic; the form knows the person; nothing joins the two.
The usual fix is hidden fields and JavaScript snippets that break the moment someone edits a form. We wanted attribution that was simply part of the submission — no configuration, no fragile plumbing, and stored in the site's own database rather than shipped off to a third party.
Who's behind it
Parvindar Singh Saini is the developer of Sense Forms and the founder of Paramount Tech Network. He built Sense Forms after repeatedly hitting the same wall in WordPress: every form plugin could tell you who enquired, but none could tell you what brought them there. He handled the plugin end to end — the form builder, the attribution engine, and the path through WordPress.org's review process — with a bias toward shipping only what genuinely works and describing it honestly.

How we make decisions
Two principles shape the plugin. First, the free version is the whole product as it stands — attribution is the reason Sense Forms exists, so it is never going behind a paywall. Second, we describe only what the plugin actually does; if a capability is on the roadmap, we say so rather than implying it ships.
