Privacy and data handling
Your database only
Entries and tracking data are stored in custom tables in your own WordPress database. Nothing is sent to us.
No third-party cookies
Attribution is derived first-party from the referrer and URL parameters, using a first-party session only.
GDPR tooling
Optional IP anonymisation, automatic deletion after a retention period you set, a consent field, and registration with the WordPress privacy export and erasure tools.
These tools help you comply. Compliance also depends on what you disclose to visitors and how you configure the plugin.

How many field types does Sense Forms include?
Sense Forms includes 19 field types: text, email, phone, textarea, number, website URL, dropdown, radio buttons, checkboxes, name, address, date picker, time picker, file upload, hidden field, heading, divider, custom HTML, and a GDPR agreement field.
Does Sense Forms support file uploads?
Yes. File upload is one of the standard field types and is included at no cost. Uploads are handled through the WordPress media library with file type and size restrictions applied.
Can I add Sense Forms to a page built with Elementor?
Yes. Sense Forms ships a dedicated Elementor widget, a native Gutenberg block, and a shortcode. The shortcode works in Beaver Builder, Divi, WPBakery and any other builder that accepts HTML or text modules.
What spam protection does Sense Forms include?
Sense Forms includes a honeypot field that is enabled by default and requires no setup, plus optional Google reCAPTCHA v3 with server-side token verification. reCAPTCHA is disabled unless you supply your own API keys.
