Who we are

Sense Forms is a WordPress plugin published by Paramount Tech Network Pvt Ltd("we", "us"). This policy covers the website at https://senseforms.com. Contact:plugins@paramounttechnetwork.com.

The distinction that matters most

There are two separate things here, and conflating them causes confusion.

The plugin, once installed on your site, stores all data in your own WordPress database. It does not transmit anything to us. We have no access to your forms, your entries, or your visitors. You are the data controller for everything the plugin collects.

This website is ours, and this policy describes what we do here.

What we collect on this website

If you join the early access list, we store the email address you give us and the date you submitted it. We use it to tell you when the plugin is available and, occasionally, about significant updates. We do not sell it, share it, or pass it to advertisers.

Our web server keeps standard access logs including IP address, browser and requested page, retained for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EEA you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, or restriction of processing, and may object to processing or lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Email us and we will act within one month.

To unsubscribe from the early access list, use the link in any email we send or contact us directly. We delete the address on request.

Retention

Early access addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until the list has served its purpose and is deleted. Server logs are rotated on the standard schedule for our host.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. If a change materially affects how we handle data you have given us, we will contact you.
