Viewing and managing entries
Read submissions, see the attribution behind each one, and export them.
Sense Forms → Entries lists every submission across all your forms, newest first.
The list
Each row shows the form, the submitter, the traffic source as a coloured badge, and the submission time. Filter by form or by status to narrow it down.
Traffic source badges are colour-coded so patterns are visible at a glance — a page producing nothing but direct traffic is usually a sign that a campaign is missing its UTM tags.
A single entry
Click any row to open it. The submitted fields appear first, followed by the attribution recorded for that visit: traffic source, all five UTM parameters, referrer, landing page, the pages viewed before submitting, and device details.
This is where the plugin earns its keep. You are not looking at a name and an email; you are looking at the path that produced them.
Exporting
Export CSV downloads entries with these columns, followed by one column per form field:
Entry ID, Form ID, Status, Traffic Source, UTM Source, UTM Medium, UTM Campaign, Device, Browser, IP Address, Submitted
Export is free and ungated. Several form plugins reserve it for a paid tier.
The file suits a spreadsheet pivot table — grouping by UTM campaign and counting rows gives you leads per campaign in about a minute.
Deleting entries
Delete individual entries from the list, or set a retention period so old ones are removed automatically. See data retention.
Deleting an entry is permanent. Export first if the data might be needed later.
Submissions are saved before email is sent
An entry is written to the database before any notification is attempted. If your host’s mail fails, the notification is lost but the lead is not — it is in Entries as usual, and Sense Forms warns you in the admin that delivery failed.
